Please DO NOT return any goods without an RMA number. POSONIC may refuse to accept and return the goods to customers without prior notice. POSONIC will not be responsible for the goods in any case.
POSONIC's RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) policy to assure product quality and to support customers' sales growth is as follows: |

Please download POSONIC's RMA form and forward this to your POSONIC sales account manager after identifying the product and describing the problem on the RMA form. Your RMA request will be forwarded immediately to experienced Posonic professionals. |
2. |
After a thorough internal review of the problem identified on the RMA form, POSONIC will issue an RMA number if it is an RMA case. Otherwise, a proper explanation of rejection will follow. |
3. |
POSONIC sales account manager will inform you of the RMA number. |
4. |
Please pack the product properly and send it with the RMA form to us at your costs. |
5. |
POSONIC will decide to repair or replace the product. If a repair cost should be charged, your POSONIC sales account manager will inform you of the expected cost. |
6. |
POSONIC will ship back the product together with next normal shipment. After customers' confirmation of receipt, POSONIC will keep the product repair history on record. |
